Studies Alexandra Heÿn studied law at the university of Passau and Music (harp) at the Conservatoire National de Région Nice and the Mozarteum Salzburg.

Alexandra Heÿn focuses on copyright and media law, trademark and domain name law as well as sports rights. She advises and represents in particular media companies, authors and artists. Before joining HK Krüger, she worked in the practice group IP/Media/Technology of the international law firm Lovells.

Alexandra Heÿn is experienced in advising large and medium-sized clients in the field of copyright and publishing rights (including the law of collecting societies), press law, developing of comprehensive strategies for trademarks and domains (protection, enforcement, portfolio management), in introducing of IPTV and Mobile TV (license and production agreements including advice on broadcasting right, fees for collecting societies and protection of minors) as well as in connection with the acquisition and marketing of football rights.

Alexandra Heÿn regularly lectures in her areas of expertise, in particular on new media and IPTV.
