Dr. Schafft, certified specialist lawyer ("Fachanwalt") in intellectual property law and in information technology law, mainly advises on intellectual property matters, new media law, privacy, and technology agreements. He is a panellist of the arbitration court for alternative dispute resolution regarding .EU domain names and UDRP disputes, and operates the web site www.adr-decisions.eu with its wiki. Dr. Schafft joined HK Krüger Rechtsanwälte in 2007; before this he worked in the Munich office of the international law firm Lovells.
