In 1977 Dr. Krüger started his career as a lawyer at the law firm Droste (now Lovells) after two years of research work in Paris. For more than 15 years he was a partner at Klaka Rechtsanwälte. From 1996 until 2010 he has been a member of the board of the Munich Bar Association where he chaired the division for international affairs.
